1.About these terms
Stadi Pass sells tickets online for football matches and events, including AFCON 2027 fixtures in Kenya. These terms are the agreement between you and Stadi Pass when you create an account, pick seats or buy a ticket.
By creating an account or paying for a ticket you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2.Your account
- Give us accurate details: your name, a working email address and a phone number you can receive calls and SMS on.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Using several accounts to get around a limit on this site is not allowed.
- We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or to harm other fans or the service.
3.Choosing and buying tickets
- Prices are shown in Kenya shillings (KES) per seat and depend on the stand or block you choose.
- You can buy at most 5 tickets for one match. This counts the seats you are holding and any tickets you already own for that match.
- When you tap a seat we hold it for you for a short time (about 10 minutes) so you can pay. A hold is not a purchase: if the time runs out the seat goes back on sale.
- The total is worked out on our servers from the seat prices. It is the amount you are asked to pay, and we check that the order, the seat prices and the amount charged agree before taking and again before issuing tickets. If a price changed while you were choosing, we will tell you before you pay.
- A ticket exists only once your payment is confirmed. A message from your phone or a screenshot of a payment is not a ticket.
4.Payment and refunds for failed orders
You can pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money or a card. Mobile money payments are approved on your phone with your own PIN; card payments are completed on the card processor's secure page. We never see or store your PIN or full card number.
Tickets are issued only after the payment provider confirms that the full amount for your order was received. If the amount received does not match your order, we do not issue tickets and we refund you. If you were charged but we could not issue your tickets (for example because the seats were no longer yours), we refund the money to the method you paid with. How long the refund takes depends on your provider.
5.Your tickets
- Your tickets are digital. You will find them under My Tickets, and we send a confirmation by SMS and email.
- Each ticket has a QR code that changes every few moments, so a screenshot will not work at the gate. Open the ticket in the app or website when you arrive.
- A ticket is for the seat and match shown on it. Do not post your QR code or share it with people you do not trust.
- Tickets may not be resold for more than their face value, or sold in the course of a business. We may cancel tickets that were bought or sold in breach of this rule.
6.Changes, cancellations and refunds
Once a ticket has been issued it is not refundable, unless one of the following applies: the match is cancelled (we refund the price you paid for the ticket), we charged you by mistake, or the law gives you the right to a refund.
Kick-off times, venues and fixtures can change because of the organisers, broadcasters or safety. If a match is moved, your ticket normally stays valid for the new date. We will tell you using the email and phone number on your account, so keep them up to date. Organisers' rules about postponed matches apply.
7.At the stadium
Entry is subject to the venue's rules and the organisers' conditions, including searches, items you may not bring and safety instructions. The organisers or venue can refuse or remove anyone who breaks them, without a refund. Please arrive early: scanning and security checks take time.
8.Fair use
- Do not use bots, scrapers or scripts, or try to get round the security checks, rate limits or ticket limits on this site.
- Do not try to pay with money that is not yours, to charge back a payment you have received a ticket for, or to interfere with the payment systems.
- Do not try to guess, copy or forge a ticket or QR code, or interfere with scanning at the gate.
- To protect fans from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-up, sign-in and when you view live seats. You may be asked to complete a quick check.
9.Our responsibility
We run the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for the match itself, which is run by the organisers.
We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as travel or accommodation costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law, including your rights as a consumer.
10.Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you buy tickets after a change, the new terms apply to that purchase; purchases you have already made stay under the terms in force when you bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya can decide disputes about them. Questions? Write to [email protected].
